The war on the wombs of women, women’s fertility, and the human and civil rights of mothers and their babies is real.
The world has gone mad, ensconced in webs of chicanery and corrosion. So let’s not even try to pretend that a society with anti-fertility goddesses Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Cecile Richards all simultaneously “calling the shots” against the wombs of women is all just a figment of our imagination.
Wake up! This scary trio’s antics is no dream…it’s a nightmare!
For instance, Clinton recently told the United Nations, “You cannot make progress on gender equality or broader human development without safeguarding women’s reproductive health or rights.” Her speech was part of the UN’s celebration of the International Women’s Day.
Also, let’s not forget that Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards mounted a Valentine’s Day massacre inviting women to celebrate the holiday by having abortions. And although she is a mother of three living children, she holds on to her “macabre diatribe” that babies aren’t human until they take their first breaths.
Moreover, while it’s true that Congresswoman Pelosi deserves Planned Parenthood’s “Margaret Sanger Award” – almost no one has done more to promote the killing of innocent babies in the womb than she has. If Mrs. Pelosi wants to finally take her role as a public servant seriously, she will reject the award named for Sanger – a racist woman who on record had no problem speaking at a Ku Klux Klan meeting.
Since 1966, “The Sanger Award” has been given annually by Planned Parenthood. Uncle M.L. was also named one of award’s first four recipients, but refused to accept it personally. [See MLK and PPH Part 1 & Part 2]
It’s ironic that Planned Parenthood, an organization that has done more to trample upon human rights, would extend to Uncle M.L. an award for his human rights work.
Actually when Aunt Coretta accepted the Planned Parenthood Award instead of her husband, PPH did not advocate abortions, and its racist roots had not yet been exposed. Also, like Mrs. Barbara Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush, Aunt Coretta did not share her husband’s views on the sanctity of life.
Knowing what we know now – 56 million dead children later – is that carcinogenic, fertility-blocking birth control and abortions kill babies and often injure their mothers.
I’m confident that the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a man who gave his life defending others’ rights to life and liberty, and who often defended the sanctity of human life and the human personality, would again reject any association with Planned Parenthood today.
M.L. King had a dream, not this nightmare.
He prayed that the human race would forsake eugenics and genocide and embrace “Agape Love” on behalf of the human race – unconditional, selfless love – the highest form according to the Bible.
Father Frank Pavone is right; my uncle M.L. knew the difference between killing the poor and serving the poor. This is the basis of the difference between the dream and the nightmare.
Added to this nightmare are the increasingly deep pockets of those like Billionaire Warren Buffett’s foundation, who has hired Tracy Weitz, the woman who oversaw the research project used by California legislators to justify allowing non-physicians to perform first trimester abortions, to head its domestic operations. This former Planned Parenthood employee will be one of two people in charge of the Buffett Foundation’s $2 billion domestic operations budget.
Clinton, Pelosi and Richards need to “woman up” and admit that their anger against the ills committed against women in the past – and present – does not add up to their formula for justice.
Killing babies and maiming mothers will not pave the way for the feminist rights that women are crying for. Two wrongs can never make a right. Civil rights and human rights will always decry the killing of baby girls in the womb, of killing babies because of their ethnicity, of killing babies for any reason. And certainly for convincing their mothers, fathers, families and society that it’s all in the name of justice.
Shame on the scary trio!
